MILTON, Fla. -- The victim in the Milton Taco Bell food-spitting incident is speaking out Tuesday, describing what she witnessed and the fallout from the incident. WEAR News reported earlier Tuesday that 34-year-old Felicia Archer was arrested on May 6 for spitting in a customer's nacho cheese container while working at the Taco Bell on Highway 90 in Milton. She told police she did it because she believed the victim had been moving in on her boyfriend.
