Which character….?

Have you ever thought about which literary character you would like to sit down and have dinner with? My husband asked me this question some time ago and I’ve been thinking about it myself.

I wouldn’t mind having dinner with Remus Lupin and Nymphadora Tonks. They became married later on in the Harry Potter series and eventually had a son. Unfortunately, neither of them lived to see their son grow up because they lost their lives during the battle at Hogwarts at the end of the series. I wouldn’t mind getting to visit with them for one evening and just have a chat with them. It would be interesting to get to know these characters better and ask them what kind of world they’d like to leave for their son.

Hermione Granger, Ginny Weasley and Luna Lovegood are all girls I’d like to have been friends with in school if I were to attend Hogwarts (assuming Hogwarts is real, of course). I wouldn’t mind having them over for dinner just to get to know them better as well.
