Goldbridge is one of the UK’s most popular streamers thanks to his comedic one-liners and heartfelt reactions while watching Manchester United.

But he was left distracted after getting the wrong end of the stick while reading the label of a shirt.

Goldbridge appeared on camera in a new denim top, which was a present from his wife.

However, a tag with a bizarre message had him seeing red.

After being asked by a fan about his new shirt, Goldbridge replied: “Mrs Goldbridge got me this shirt.

“It’s got a tag on it. ‘Carlos, everything’s coming my way’.”

After reading the tag, Goldbridge sat stunned for a moment.

He then continued: “She better not be having an affair with Carlos. It literally has got ‘Carlos, everything’s coming my way’. What the bloody hell’s going on?

“Who’s bloody Carlos? Well that’s broke me. I thought it was going to say Ralph Lauren or something!

“Who puts a tag on saying that? I can’t believe it. I tell you what, I’m not happy about this.

“Detective Bridge. This better be a tagline. Nothing happens when you Google it.”

Goldbridge then began typing on keyboard before realising it was all one big misunderstanding.

He said: “Oh, it’s alright. It’s fine. I’ve just Googled it. Mr Mavis Carlos denim shirt. And it’s got the same tag on.

“She’s not cheating on me. Who cheats on this? Who would cheat on this?

“I thought I was going to lose my wife! Panicking. Bloody Carlos. It would do my head in as well.

“‘I’m leaving you for a guy called Carlos’. I could imagine what he’d look like as well.

“No, you’re not spending the weekend with your mum and Carlos!

“Oh, Carlos, he’s so good at football, he’s so technical. But two foot him! Teach him a bit of our way.

“I’m having a nightmare here. I’m living in an alternative universe. Bloody Carlos.

“If there is anyone watching called Carlos there’s nothing wrong with the name but I’m telling you now.

“If my missus ran off with someone called Carlos it would be a low point. I’d rather she run off with someone called Sheila.

“Carlos Tevez? That’s it, you’ve hit the nail, I knew there was a reason I didn’t like the name.”

Fans reacted online, with one saying: “Marriage went to VAR.”

Another declared: “You don’t get this on Sky Sports.”

One noted: “Mrs Goldbridge final boss.”

Another added: “Mrs Goldbridge has triggered her release clause here we go.”
