With the first Final Fantasy game releasing all the way back in 1987, it is no wonder that Square Enix has recently been dedicated to remaking and remastering some of its most beloved hits. In recent years, Final Fantasy VII, VIII, IX, X, and XII have all received either HD upgrades or modern-day ports, but one entry that has been left firmly in the past is Final Fantasy 8.
