Several highly anticipated Final Fantasy games may finally make their way to current-generation Xbox consoles soon, according to speculation about an upcoming event this Summer. Notably, there are various games in the franchise that have not made it to Microsoft’s hardware due to temporary exclusivity clauses over the years, though most of the recent contracts have already ended. Because of the end of these exclusivity clauses, Square Enix has released Final Fantasy 16 on PC, for example, as well as Final Fantasy 7 Remake and Rebirth.
