-I only listened to 10 minutes of this podcast but those 10mins they brought up two interestings things: hair and filming in LA.
-Rob Lowe was afraid that he was losing his hair after he saw a promotional photo for West Wing and since then he swears by propecia and finasteride
-Adam Scotts wife (is he married?) noticed that his hair was shedding at an unhealthy rate with hair strands constantly on his pillow case. After that he also started on finasteride to keep his gorgeous long locks.
-Lowe brings up how Turkey has become the go to place for hair transplants due to not only the quality of transplants but also how cheap they are compared to US.
-Switching gears....they talk about how LA has crashed and burned in regards to filming shows/movies there. Once a hot ground....it is now fairly rare to shoot in the place that helped build hollywood. Rob Lowes reality game show 'American Game Show' films in IRELAND since it is cheaper to fly 100 americans overseas than it is to film in LA.
-Lowe also had a new show lined up after 911:LS but once it was decided to shoot in New York it was cancelled (it sounds confusing since it sounds like he refused to move to NYC but it seems like the overall cost wouldve been to high). Adam shoots Severance in LA at the same place they shot Parks & Rec but its a ghost town compared to when they shot the show.
-They both believe if Parks and Rec were filmed today, they would likely film it overseas.
