Rescuers say nine children of Gaza doctor couple killed in Israeli strike

Rescuers recovered the bodies of nine children on Friday (May 23) after an Israeli strike on a family home in Khan Younis, The Palestinian Civil Defence said. The Israeli military has stepped up its Gaza operations in recent days in what it has described as a renewed push to destroy Hamas.
