BALTIMORE, Tuesday, March 14. A returned Union prisoner, who reached Annapolis to-day, direct from Richmond, communicates same interesting intelligence in relation to the state of affairs at Richmond and SHERIDAN's movements. He says he was confined in Castle Thunder, and, through the friends of Union citizens incarcerated there, obtained much information relative to events transpiring, about which Richmond papers are silent.
