Those in charge of producing the Naruto anime franchise have taken a break from it, but its return will likely ditch something that's held the anime back from being one of the greatest of all time. A detriment that forced each of its anime to inflate beyond its necessary runtime is something the new Naruto anime won't need to contend with: filler episodes.
