What a year it’s been for James Bond fans, who were treated to one of the most ambitious projects in franchise history with the release of 007 First Light. Developed by IO Interactive, the same studio behind all the beloved Hitman games, 007 First Light sold millions of copies and was beloved by nearly all who played it, and it’s been confirmed that a sequel is on the way in the future. We’re now almost five full years removed from the last James Bond movie, No Time to Die, and while Amazon is hard at work on the next 007 movie, it’s unclear at this time when it will be released. Casting rumors are flying around about who will take over the Bond mantle, but the official announcement is expected before the end of the year.
