Iran's top security official threatens Hormuz won't reopen fully 'until America corrects its behavior'

Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps threw cold water on hopes for a full reopening of the Strait of Hormuz Saturday -- declaring the waterway will not be restored to normal traffic until Washington "fully accepts Iran's conditions."
