Girl, 15, and two women are horrifically raped, tortured and murdered live on TikTok by 'narco gang' who hacked off teen's fingers in 'revenge killings'

Detectives say they believe around 45 people watched the sadistic scenes, in which one woman had her fingers amputated and another was suffocated with a plastic bag.
