Every 'White Lotus' Finale, Ranked

HBO's The White Lotus is one of the most famous mystery shows out there, growing its audience every day. Part of its popularity has to do with the way its viewers get to interact with the show (and each other), debating who's going to die in the season finale. Every season begins with a flash-forward, showing that a character has died while another character reacts to the body. Then the show takes us back to the beginning of that week, and everything that unfolds afterward is in chronological order. This allows what would otherwise feel like a satirical dramedy to contain the mysterious energy of a whodunit as well. That's certainly paid off structurally, as fan theories have really gone out there these past three seasons—some of which with great success. Predicting what's going to happen is part of the fun, as each season drops a decent amount of clues for fans to pick up on, and it fairs well with the show's primarily comedic mode from those first two seasons in particular.
