Disney Plus’ schedule for June 16 to June 22, 2025, includes Underdogs (Season 1), SALLY, and Frozen: The Hit Broadway Musical.

On June 16, Underdogs (Season 1) drops on Disney Plus. The reality show by National Geographic will be narrated by the celebrated actor Ryan Reynolds. The show focuses on the unknown and unexplored creatures of the forest, departing from the usual attention on lions, tigers, or penguins. There are weird frogs and shrimps, monkeys with strange noses, dancing turkeys, frogs disguised as rocks, glowing bugs, and many more. While most of the animal activities seem gross, they are bound to leave anyone spellbound.

Reynolds also serves as an executive producer of the wildlife show through his production house, Maximum Effort. Popular rock band Green Day composed the theme song, while Henry Gregson-Williams took over the background score.

Also coming to Disney Plus is the National Geographic documentary SALLY, directed by award-winning filmmaker Cristina Costantini. It traces the life of America’s first female astronaut to visit space, the late Sally Ride. Her success ended up changing the course of science and feminism. However, she continued to face sexism, with the public skeptical about a woman’s journey to space. Additionally, Sally carried a secret behind her firm composure. Sally’s partner, Tam O’Shaughnessy, narrates the rollercoaster journey of his lover and how she balanced her professional life.

Further, Frozen: The Hit Broadway Musical premieres on the streaming platform. It revolves around the dynamics of sisters and princesses Elsa and Anna. Elsa, who has the power to freeze people and objects, fails to control it and ends up fleeing the kingdom after inheriting it. However, she ends up freezing the entire kingdom, and Anna shows up to save the day.
