As most anime fans would know by now, Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Gods marked the beginning of Dragon Ball’s revival. Not only was it the first major Dragon Ball story since Dragon Ball GT, but it paved the way for the anime’s full-fledged continuation in Dragon Ball Super, and the franchise has never been bigger because of it.
