If we're ranking seven post-apocalyptic movies better than 28 Days Later, we'd better be sure they're very good movies indeed. Danny Boyle's spartan post-apocalyptic zombie movie from 2002 is horrifying as it is beautiful, and still holds up not just as one of the great end-of-the-world movies, but one of the best of the 21st century.
