Thunderbolts* gave us some of the most relatable characters we've ever seen in the MCU. After 6 years of mostly misses, Thunderbolts* finallycollected and grouped together some of their secondary characters into a team of loveable miscreants. The movie has reignited Marvel's fire by offering a group of characters we genuinely care about. It's a secret formula that the MCU cracked over a decade ago with characters like Iron Man and the Guardians of the Galaxy; however, many recent MCU projects have forgotten how to craft compelling characters. In an effort to relate to audiences on a superficial level, Marvel forgot to give their heroes any flaws. Thunderbolts* remedies this issue, and Yelena (Florence Pugh) is a shining example of their improvement.
