Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai TV serial has everyone's attention as finally there are some happy moments in Armaan and Abhira's love story. They have finally embraced parenthood. Ruhi turned the surrogate mother for their child. In the latest episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, Ruhi went into sudden labour and gave birth to a baby girl. Abhira was by her side all the time. Today's episode was a bit dramatic though.

In today's episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, we see that Ruhi falls unconscious after giving birth to Pookie. Abhira (Samridhii Shukla) gets extremely worried, however, doctors inform her that she is just exhausted and will be fine soon. But there is another worry. Abhira gets shocked when doctors ask her to meet her daughter Pookie for one last time. Pookie has difficulty breathing and chances of her survival are low. But a miracle happens and Pookie opens her eyes as soon as Abhira holds her in her arms. She starts crying and everyone is surprised. The Poddars and Goenkas waiting outside the operation theatre hear the baby crying and begin celebrating. Abhira informs everyone that she and Armaan are blessed with a baby girl.

Amid all of this, Armaan (Rohit Purohit) remains missing. He is completely devastated as the past trauma of BSP's death hit him hard. However, when Abhira tells him that they have been blessed with a baby girl and she is fine, he gets all emotional. Abhira and Armaan then enter Ruhi's room to meet Pookie. Tears roll down Armaan's eyes as he holds Pookie for the first time. He kisses her feet and promises that he'll be the best father. However, Armaan unintentionally ignores Abhira. She tries to hold Pookie but Armaan takes the little one to meet the family. Abhira ignores her hurt and gets celebrating with everyone. Once again she feels hurt when Armaan calls Pookie 'Meri Beti'.

In the new precap of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, we see that the Poddars give a grand welcome to Armaan, Abhira and Pookie. Given that it is Mother's Day, Armaan makes a sweet gesture toward Abhira. He presents her with a pair of high heels as she gave up on wearing heels to give Ruhi company during pregnancy. However, Armaan warns Abhira that she shouldn't wear high heels while holding Pookie. This leaves her stunned.
