A legend is reborn and a new legacy begins – announced during the Ryu Ga Gotoku Summit, RGG Studio and SEGA announced that Yakuza Kiwami 3 & Dark Ties will launch February 12.
Serving as an extreme remake of the classic action-adventure beat ’em up Yakuza 3, Yakuza Kiwami 3 tells of Kazuma Kiryu as he sets out to rescue the Morning Glory Orphanage and escape his past.
When it comes to the “Dark Ties” part of Yakuza Kiwami 3 & Dark Ties, this release will also feature a new story for Yakuza 3 antagonists Yoshitaka Mine as a separate game.
Depicting the events leading up to Yakuza 3, players can gain insight on Yoshitaka Mine origins, his search for unwavering bonds, and the path that led him to the world of the yakuza.

Yakuza Kiwami 3 & Dark Ties will come out for the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch 2, and PC via Steam.
