Woman, 53, is arrested for cold case murder of glamorous real estate agent, 27, who was mysteriously found dead at open house

Kristin Ramsey, 53, was arrested on Tuesday for the first-degree murder of 27-year-old Ashley Okland, who was killed at an open house nearly 15 years ago.
