With Matheus Cunha on the verge of a move to Manchester United, his current manager Vitor Pereira says the forward is committed and happy at Wolves.
The Brazil international has attracted a lot of interest, with the likes of Arsenal, Aston Villa and Chelsea also thought to be keen on signing him this summer.
The 25-year-old has impressed since joining Wolves from Atletico Madrid, initially on loan, in January 2023.
He scored 12 Premier League goals last season and has netted 15 times in just 29 games in the top flight over the current campaign.
Cunha signed a new contract with Wolves in February, but that included a £62.5m release clause which is expected to be triggered by Manchester United this summer.

Sky Sports report that Cunha is keen on the switch to Old Trafford and has rejected offers from elsewhere in order to make the move, which is close to being completed.
Pereira was coy on the situation when asked in a press conference on Monday, saying he could offer little update, other than that the forward appears in good spirits and committed at Wolves.

‘I have the same information as you. I don’t know. I just know he’s my player,’ said Pereira.
‘He’s committed with the team, he’s working with happiness and we will see what happens. You must ask him. He is happy. I feel he is happy.’
It appears that Cunha will soon be a Red Devil and not a wolf, though, with transfer expert Fabrizio Romano reporting that Amorim and his Manchester United coaches view the Brazilian as a ‘perfect’ addition to the club and his favoured 3-4-3 system.
Decision-makers at United are also said to believe that the money they will pay for Cunha is ‘fair, not excessive’.

Gary Neville has backed Manchester United’s pursuit of Cunha as he will fill one of the roles in Amorim’s 3-4-3 system which is currently not adequately covered.
‘Man Utd are desperate in that position,’ Neville told Sky Sports. ‘You think of what Manchester United are playing now, they’ve let Jadon Sancho go, they’ve let (Marcus) Rashford go, they’ve let Antony go, so three players who are natural players who travel with the ball.
‘They’re playing with (Alejandro) Garnacho at the moment but then they’re lopsided. On the other side, sometimes it’s (Joshua) Zirkzee when he was fit, or they’ve got Bruno Fernandes stepping up in moments.
‘Mason Mount’s come in there but they need someone who can beat players, they need someone who’s equally as good running through the middle with the ball and travelling with the ball, and go out wide and support the wing-back.
‘So he’s a type of player that you could see Manchester United being interested in, that would suit this system that Ruben Amorim wants to play.’

Cunha is not the only forward Manchester United are targeting this summer, with Ipswich Town’s Liam Delap also on their radar and available for £30m due to the release clause in his contract.
Struggling strikers Joshua Zirkzee and Rasmus Hojlund have both been linked with moves elsewhere after failing to convince at Old Trafford.
Zirkzee has been pegged as a loan target for Inter Milan while Hojlund is of interest to former United manager Jose Mourinho at Fenerbahce.
