Woke NYC mayor offers condolences after alleged murderer, 20, dies in custody... but makes NO mention of his disabled victim

Luis Alberto Lopez Castillo, 20, was found to be in 'medical distress' at Queens Criminal Court around 6.30pm on Wednesday. He was pronounced dead just before 8pm.
