Nintendo hasn’t released any information on what’s next for the Animal Crossing series, and that lack of information has forced me to make a drastic decision: whether or not to completely restart my island in Animal Crossing: New Horizons. I’ve been playing Animal Crossing for most of my life, and in that time, I’ve never restarted a game. Now, after five years and with nothing new on the horizon, I’m considering wiping the slate clean since there’s nothing left to do.
