Wild video shows car speeding down separated bike lane along major California freeway

The viral video from about 1p.m. on Thursday shows a white car driving on a confined path that is inaccessible to vehicles. It's a path about 10 miles long, part of the I-90 trail and it's meant to connect Seattle with Bellevue for bikers and pedestrians.
