When it comes to Home Town, viewers have come to expect Erin Napier to implement her typical grandmillennial style into her clients' homes. But every so often, a home in Laurel pushes Erin and Ben Napier out of their comfort zone. In a recent episode of Home Town, Erin and Ben worked with a pair of local Laurel legends, Lucy and John Helveston. Lucy taught all the kids in town to swim, while John was part of a rock band. Their home, which Erin noted as a time capsule and "Las Vegas luxury," was a 1950s-built home that was refitted in the 70s. The Napiers' mission was to take out the Three Dog Night and return it to The Everly Brothers.
