Fans are eager to learn who is leaving and joining the General Hospital cast this week. The ABC soap opera is known for its occasional cast shake-ups, often bringing back some forgotten favorites while bidding farewell to others.

Asher Antonyzyn as Danny Morgan

Antonyzyn is one of the freshest faces in the cast of General Hospital. He plays Danny Morgan, the son of Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) and Samantha McCall (Kelly Monaco). The actor will return as Morgan on the September 2 episode of the soap and will reportedly stay for the entire week. Danny will likely be a significant presence in scenes alongside Maurice Benard’s Sonny.

Asher Antonyzyn made his debut as Danny Morgan in 2023. In an interview with Soap Hub, the young actor recalled how he got the role. “It was kind of a quick decision. I was maybe 12 years old, about two or three years ago, my mom saw a Facebook ad for a casting call for a modeling agency back in Chicago. I was like yeah, I’ll try it out,” he shared. He later got an audition for General Hospital and ended up bagging the role.

Finn Carr as Rocco Falconeri

Carr joins Antonyzyn in returning to General Hospital this week. He plays Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins) and Dante Falconeri’s (Dominic Zamprogna) son, Rocco Falconeri. Like Danny Morgan, he will also air on September 2. It remains unclear whether he will be a regular throughout the week. However, he will have some key moments in the upcoming episodes.

Carr joined the cast of General Hospital in 2022 and became a recurring character in 2024. Over the years, the young Falconeri had some dramatic scenes, including the one where he found out about his birth.

Tessa Auberjonois as Eva Heran

Auberjonois made her final appearance on August 29, 2025. She played Eva Heran, the judge who accepted a bribe from Jenz Sidwell to rule in favor of granting Michael Corinthos full custody of his children. Fans last saw Heran when she was killed by an unknown person. Her body was later discovered floating down the Port Charles River.
