DiMera appears in the episode on Thursday, September 24. According to spoilers, her grandmother, Marlena, and her aunt, Belle, approach her with concerns. Ahead of her on-screen debut, Malakeh described Sydney’s personality in an interview with TV Insider.

The actress revealed that she has traits from both her complicated parents, EJ and Sami. She added, “Sydney’s a strong girl. She wants to forge her own path. She’s a leader. She has a big, big heart, and she wants to do good, and she wants to be loved. It’s been super fun to get to find her myself through the scripts.” She also expressed enthusiasm about where the story would be headed following her debut. Sydney DiMera first appeared on the show on September 10.
