Who are Gary and Lois Crum?

Crum, 24 has been greatly influenced by his dad, Gary Crum. Seemingly, Sr. Crum has played the elemental role in shaping his successful NFL trajectory. Impressively, being an athletic dad, Gary raised him with developing sporting morals since his early days. Just like his son, Gary Crum is also a former football player. He currently serves as a Republican party member-elect of Wyoming’s 10th State Senate district.

Before becoming a politician, his dad was a former NFL offensive lineman. Allegedly, the Miami Dolphins drafted him in 1982. Seemingly he has an impressive athletic career. Reportedly, just like Frank, he also started his football career at the University of Wyoming.

And, impressively, Raised in Rawlins, Gary etched his name in the Wyoming world as a standout player. During his UW days in the 1980s, he secured the nomination for the first-team All-Conference and team captain. Apart from being a formidable football player, he was also a dominant coach.

2 years back in January 2022, on Lois’s birthday, mother-son love went viral on the internet.  Denver’s offensive tackle sent the lovely birthday wishes through an IG post. “Happy birthday Mom!!! Thank you for all you do so many appreciate you! Love, Frank,” he reflected his sentiments with the cheeky caption.

When Crum carved out a niche in the NFL as a Broncos player, his parents seemed the proudest of him.

As a Cowboys player, Frank Crum managed to build his family legacy in the Wyoming world. Just like his dad, Frank also became the Wyoming star adding several accolades to his list. He secured the All-Mountain West Conference honors three times, during his  Cowboys days. And, in 2023, he also turned many heads by notching the First Team award. Thus, for his accomplishment, a third-generation Wyoming Cowboy’s parents seemed the more prouder and happier.

And, of course, when Frank made his way to the 53-man roster, and Broncos’ signed him as the free agent. Incredibly proud parents showcased his elation for this opportunity. “I’m pretty excited. I’m just really happy for him,” Gary Crum stated during an interview with Cowboy State Daily.

Not only this, his dad, but his mom, Lois also applauded him. “For this part of the country, to be able to have a chance to be a Bronco is a big, big deal. I mean, of all the NFL teams that you would want to play for if you grew up in this part of the country, it’s Broncos country. That is a blessing,” Frank’s mom, stated.

Thus, the 6-foot-7, 315-pound, star indeed carried out his family legacy in the football world. Not only his dad but his grandfather, Earl also a former, Wyoming star, who played for the college in the 1940s. Thus, Crum’s successful career trajectory inspired many, as he is all set to take on some of the biggest players in the league
