Viewers are curious about where to watch the NBC sitcom The Good Place after it leaves Netflix. This fantasy-comedy series follows a deceased saleswoman who led a corrupt life and unexpectedly ends up in heaven. Mistaken for someone else who was supposed to be there, she tries her best to keep her past a secret. With the show leaving Netflix soon, here’s where it’s heading next.

Here’s where you could watch The Good Place after leaving Netflix

The Good Place will become available on Amazon Prime Video after it leaves Netflix.

The Good Place will leave the platform on September 25, 2025. Generally, the service removes content once the licensing agreement for a particular project expires. Its first season made its Netflix debut in September 2017, a year after the show’s original release, while the final season dropped in early 2020 worldwide.

Since its license was not renewed, the series will move to another streaming platform soon. New users of Amazon Prime Video can use the one-month free trial before subscribing. The plan costs $14.99 per month or $139 per year. Although The Good Place falls under the NBCUniversal banner, it is not available to stream on Peacock.

The Good Place concluded its run with Season 4, as its creator had already planned to keep the series limited to fewer installments. In a 2019 interview with Newsweek, creator Michael Schur shared his vision for the show. He said, “That’s why we named the episodes chapters instead of episodes or whatever, because it feels like a novel that is being carefully sort of laid out chapter by chapter. We wanted the end game, in particular, to pay homage to that and to make it feel like everything that came before matters and it’s all part of one big long story.”
