There's great news for Bachelor Nation fans, as The Golden Bachelor will return for another season of romance with a new Bachelor: former NFL player Mel Owens. Mel, who hasn't appeared on any version of The Bachelor, isn't familiar to Bachelor fans, but that will change as his season gears up. Mel is a 66-year-old who traded the football field for the courtroom, practicing law in Orange County. He's also a father of two who is ready to settle down and find a companion for life.
