‘Watson’ Producer Reveals Whether We’ll See New Sherlock Holmes Characters in Season 2

At the beginning of the year, a new medical procedural took an already famous story and flipped it on its head when Watson premiered on CBS. Now, 13 episodes later, and we’ve finally reached the first season conclusion, which partly tied up some major character beefs. Thankfully for fans, the Morris Chestnut-led project was not one of the many titles from the network to receive the axe, with Watson set to unfurl more medical mysteries with Season 2. During its debut run, audiences were treated to an onslaught of recognizable names from across the stories first brought to life by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle in the books within the universe of Sherlock Holmes.
