‘Watchmen’ Star’s Forgotten Psychological Thriller Is a Streaming Hit 12 Years Later

As Netflix's greatest hit ever, KPop Demon Hunters, finally shows signs of slowing down, the streamer's viewership charts are quickly being occupied by recently added titles. Among the newest is director Park Chan-wook's English-language debut, the psychological horror film Stoker. The movie jumped to the fifth spot on Netflix's global rankings on September 23, placing behind KPop Demon Hunters, the legendary box office bomb Seventh Son, and a couple of Netflix originals — The Wrong Paris and She Said Maybe.
