Unexpected Emmerdale exit in early ITVX release in huge murder story

Belle Dingle (Eden Taylor-Draper) has made a decision about Nate Robinson (Jurell Carter) in Emmerdale.

Nate was killed by John Sugden (Oliver Farnworth) towards the end of last year, but his family in the village believe he is living in Shetland.

Because of this, Tracy (Amy Walsh) is under the impression Nate simply doesn’t want anything to do with her or their daughter Frankie anymore. He hasn’t sent any money for his child, which means Tracy has been forced to try and get by on a very small wage.

A few weeks ago, Cain (Jeff Hordley) learnt the extent of Tracy’s money problems and tried to help her. He vowed to go to Shetland and find Nate, convinced he could get some answers from him as to why he just disappeared.

However, when John discovered Cain’s idea to leave, he had to act fast to prevent him from getting there and learning Nate never made it. He organised a man to collect Nate’s belongings from Tracy’s house, allowing her and Cain to think he was really done with his family.

The development left Cain and Tracy with the conclusion that putting time and effort into finding Nate, when he did not want to be found anymore, would no longer be worth it.

In tonight’s episode, Belle learnt more about Tracy’s cash problems and how Nate hasn’t given her a single penny for maintenance. Despite all of the different opinions regarding Nate, everyone has agreed that leaving Frankie without her dad wasn’t like him at all, so Belle decided to look into it further.

At Butlers, Belle told Cain that she’s going to go to Scotland in the hope of finding Nate. Cain and Moira (Natalie J Robb) agreed to the idea, with Moira certain that Belle could get through to Nate a lot better than his dad.

Belle has now left the village, certain she can bring Nate home in time for Aaron’s (Danny Miller) wedding.

Sadly though, she will return without Nate by her side, and later tells her family that she knows Nate never made it to his new job either.

Before the week ends, John will discover Belle is attempting to find out where Nate has gone and tries to stop her, but what exactly will he do?
