Dave Filoni discusses Sigourney Weaver's character, who's to debut in the upcoming The Mandalorian & Grogu film. Expected to release on May 22, 2026, the film will star Pedro Pascal as the titular hero alongside his young ward Grogu. The Mandalorian & Grogu's story is confirmed to be a continuation of the end ofseason 3. Following her panel for the film yesterday, Weaver shed some light on her anticipated character, saying that she's in the Outer Rim of the galaxy, where there are vestiges of the Empire.
