ALL eyes are on Telford as the UK Open Pool Championship is back – as action heats up as we head to Round 3.

Barry Hearn OBE, 76, broke the record as the oldest player, but after two defeats his tournament came to an end on day one.

British television icon Andy Goldstein lost his first clash but then got a bye before winning a respectable five racks against Carlo Blasi.

British favourite Jayson Shaw and defending UK Open Pool champion Robbie Capito are also both in action TODAY after safely getting into round three after two victories each.
