Traumatised victims share in $13m compensation as no one told them ‘gunmen’ at children’s psychiatric hospital were carrying out drill

The state of Michigan has paid out $13m (€12m) in compensation over a “horrifying” active shooter drill at a children’s psychiatric hospital that staff and patients thought was real.
