There are many memorable ghosts, serial killers, and creatures in horror movies, but these TV characters prove villains can be terrifying on the small screen, too. Although we'll always love Ghostface's humor in the Scream franchise and Michael Myers's eerie white mask in Halloween, there are some equally fantastic evil characters on TV.
