TMNT Needs to Bring Garfield Back to the Team ASAP

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles introduced the first Fifth Turtle in 1997's Ninja Turtles: The Next Mutation with Venus. Or, did they? In fact, TMNT introduced another Fifth Turtle five years before Venus (and decades before Jennika), and he deserves a comeback.
