The Oklahoma City Thunder gave the Indiana Pacers a taste of their own medicine on Friday night.
Down double-digits in the third quarter, the Thunder staged a late rally to beat the Pacers 111-104 in Game 4 of the NBA Finals, evening up the series at 2-2 in a must-win game.
The Thunder needed big performances from their stars in this one, as MVP Shai Gilgeous-Alexander finished with 35 points and three steals, Jalen Williams had 27 points and Chet Holmgren netted 14 and grabbed 14 rebounds.
Alex Caruso followed up his stars with 20 points and five steals off the bench to match the 17 points from Obi Toppin off the bench for the Pacers.

What was a back-and-forth affair for much of the game turned into a one-sided showing in the third quarter, as the Pacers ramped up their energy and took a game-high 10-point lead late in the frame.
However, the Thunder slowly chipped into it in the ensuing quarter, eventually retaking the lead with 2:21 left in regulation, courtesy of a fadeaway jumper from Gilgeous-Alexander. Their strong defence and 15 points from Gilgeous-Alexander in the final frame sealed the win.
Pascal Siakam led the way for the Pacers with 20 points, eight rebounds, five assists and five steals, while Tyrese Haliburton netted eight points in the fourth to try and get his team back into it, eventually finishing with 18 points and seven assists.
With the win, the Thunder avoided the dreaded 3-1 hole, which only the 2016 Cleveland Cavaliers have managed to dig out of in the NBA Finals.
The series now shifts back to Paycom Center in Oklahoma City, where the two teams split the opening games of the series last week. Game 5 of the NBA Finals tips off on Monday, with live coverage on Sportsnet and Sportsnet+.
