This Rick & Morty Movie Parody Is Better Than The Real Thing

Rick and Morty’s parody of Needful Things is a much better adaptation of the classic Stephen King horror novel than its own underwhelming movie adaptation. Rick and Morty has been spoofing movies since the very beginning. The second ever episode, “Lawnmower Dog,” satirizes the dreamscape adventures of Inception and A Nightmare on Elm Street. The show has lampooned everything from Terminator’s time-traveling cyborgs to Alien’s pesky facehuggers to Jurassic Park’s amusement park gone awry. And it hasn’t just parodied sci-fi movies; Rick and Morty has parodied horror movies, too.
