The Avatar: The Last Airbender franchise has featured many different Avatars by now, and it won't be long before we meet the next one in Avatar: Seven Havens. Thanks to the novels that have come out in recent years, we've also gotten the chance to see more details about past Avatars such as Kyoshi, giving further insight into the Avatar cycle and also what the lives of the previous Avatars were like.
