Vijay Patkar was also a part of this film. In a recent interview with entertainment news portal Filmymantra Media, Vijay Patkar revealed how Amitabh Bachchan and Rajinikanth had to wait for 3 days to shoot a scene due to Govinda. He mentioned that the actor wouldn't show up. "Director Mukul Anand wanted a sunrise shot with the whole family walking by. They couldn't shoot it for three days because Govinda wasn't on set. Rajinikanth, Bachchan saab were all on set. On the fourth day, the director requested him again and he came. All of them waited for him because he just wouldn't come," Vijay Patkar explained. Talking about Amitabh Bachchan and Rajinikanth's reaction to the same, he said that they were all professionals and sat without any complaints.
Vijay Patkar shared yet another anecdote revolving around Govinda and Amitabh Bachchan. He mentioned that he had heard about Amitabh Bachchan picking up Govinda from his bungalow during the shoot of Bade Miyan Chote Miyan.
