Ridley Scott’s new crime series wrapped up with its final episode today, and one of the show’s brightest stars is already sharing an optimistic outlook on a potential second season. Scott serves as one of the directors on Dope Thief, the drama starring Brian Tyree Henry and Wagner Moura that follows two long-time friends who pose as DEA Agents to rob a house, only to end up unraveling a major narcotics conspiracy. The series debuted with an 87% score from critics on Rotten Tomatoes, and it held firm by concluding the season with an 86% rating, as well as earning an 82% score from critics. Dope Thief’s Kieu Chinh, who portrays Xuan ‘Grandma’ Phan in the Apple TV+ series, recently sat down for an interview with Express UK, where she shared a hopeful update on Season 2:
