I thought the season 2 premiere did a great job of setting up this season's conflict, with the New Babylon Federation going on a mission to take over the methane operation that the Dama runs in Manhattan. What I did not expect was that the war's first act would already come in episode 2, nor that it would be as explosive as it turned out to be.
