'The Long Walk' Is Officially Stephen King’s Highest Rated Movie of All Time

The Long Walk is hitting theaters this week and the Stephen Kingadaptation has made history: It is now officially the highest rated King adaptation. The Long Walk is currently sitting at a 94% Fresh rating with 120 reviews in. The JT Mollner script mixed with Francis Lawrence's direction has press praising the adaptation. Collider's own review called it one of the "best and most heartbreaking horror films." The Long Walk is adaptated from King's novel that was written under his penname, Richard Bachman, as a test of his own strength as a writer to see whether or not his books would sell without his name attached.
