The Last of Us Part 2 packs a lot of amazing details into the game, but a recent discovery has left players’ minds blown. Over the weekend, a viral thread on X revealed an in-game animation that shows how Dina handles her pregnancy around Ellie.

As shared by X user V4LKILLS, in one scene, Dina can be seen rubbing her pregnant belly when Ellie is turned away and isn’t looking at her. As soon as the player turns Ellie around to look at Dina, she stops touching her stomach.

From the looks of it, a lot of players missed this detail (us included). One player also pointed out an impressive Abby animation that shows how much she’s scared of heights. Although this detail didn’t no unnoticed before, players will find that when they look down from an elevated place while playing as Abby, she changes her posture to reflect her fear.

The Last of Us Part II released five years ago so the discovery of Dina’s animation is pretty impressive and speaks to Naughty Dog‘s quality of work.
