The clock is ticking for Law & Order: SVU to debut its 600th episode, but viewers don't have to wait until the milestone for Mariska Hargitay's series to deliver a TV event. In fact, the drama is less than a week away from continuing a grand tradition that began 25 years ago, when nobody could have guessed Olivia Benson would still be investigating vicious felonies in her 28th season on NBC: a guest star who is already known as "King" is coming to SVU this fall.
