The eye-popping amount of taxpayer dollars flowing to group behind LA ICE riots before Kristi Noem stepped in

The U.S Department of Homeland Security has reportedly terminated the flow of  taxpayer dollars to one of the groups at the center of the fiery riots that took place in Los Angeles over the weekend.
