Halloween Town has some questionable candidates for new neighbors. Jack Skellington means well, even when his enthusiasm creates problems for everyone around him, but the same cannot be said for every character in The Nightmare Before Christmas. Inviting its villain to move in sounds like a decision the neighborhood should probably get to vote on.
