'The Amityville Horror' Is Finally Getting a Reboot and the Conjuring Franchise Is Playing an Important Role

Despite the ever-changing trends of film and television, if there's one genre that never goes out of style, it's that of supernatural horror. From 2024’s haunting Longlegs to this year’s Weapons and, of course, the epic (and financial juggernaut) The Conjuring: Last Rites, films that revolve around the paranormal and the occult remain a favorite of audiences.
